Gangsaw and Cutter Slabs

Granite Slabs Sawn and Finished in Our Factory

Fabricators cut countertops, vanity tops and floors from full slabs, so every slab has to be flat, sound and evenly finished. As a granite slabs manufacturer in India, we saw gangsaw slabs for large surfaces and cutter slabs for smaller pieces, then polish, hone, flame or leather the face.

Slabs for one project are cut from the same batch, so the colour stays even from slab to slab. Vizag Blue, Paradiso, Multicolour and Indian Juparana come from quarries we own, with many other Indian colours in the range.

  • Gangsaw and cutter slabs
  • Slabs: 2 cm and 3 cm
  • Polished, honed, flamed and leather finishes
  • Batch matching for each order

Slab Types

Gangsaw and Cutter Granite Slabs

The cut decides the slab size and the jobs it suits. We make both from the same blocks.

  • Gangsaw Slabs

Large slabs sawn from a full block, for kitchen islands, long worktops and feature walls.

  • Cutter Slabs

Smaller slabs cut on block cutters, for stairs, vanity tops, sills and floors.

  • Even Thickness

Slabs are sawn and finished to an even 2 cm or 3 cm, so joints sit flush.

  • Batch Matched

Slabs for one project come from one batch, for an even colour across the job.

From Block to Slab

How We Make and Check Each Granite Slab

Every slab passes the same steps in our factory, so the slab you approve is the slab that ships.

  • Sawn From Selected Blocks

Blocks are checked for cracks and colour before they go on the saw.

  • Finished Face by Face

Each slab is polished, honed, flamed or leathered on the line, then checked for an even finish.

  • Checked and Numbered

Slabs are checked under light for cracks and pits, numbered, and listed on the packing list.
